For 23 years, her career has guided her through many paths in the industry: working behind the chair, as a celebrity colorist, cosmetology director, Wella Color Expert. Carrera works with stylists throughout the western states to support their continued technical skill development, while teaching them how to retain and grow their existing businesses. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for teaching has earned her the honor of Wella Professionals Trainer of the year in 2017 and 2021. She is based in Southern California.
Erik Thrane is a Wella Signature Artist based at the Los Angeles Wella Studio. With 15 years of experience in the industry, ten of which in education, Erik is inspired by collaborating and sharing his knowledge with stylists of all levels. He specializes in custom color placement and focusing on the how's and why’s, and currently leads the prestigious Wella Color Expert program in Los Angeles. She was named Wella’s Trainer of the Year in 2021 & 2022. Always focused on precision and client suitability, Lindsey is known for her detailed and creative approach to formulation. She’s been in the industry for 10 years with education on the forefront for the past 6 years. Stacy brings a plethora of knowledge from multiple color brands and specializes in speaking to the importance of color theory and color correction. Stacy seeks to coach stylists to achieve excellence in their artistry, facilitate effective consultations, and to teach how to build a connection between professional services and product solutions for continuous business growth. Over his 10-year career, Los Angeles based Wella Signature Artist, Tommy Gentile, has developed a love for continuing education. After earning his Wella Color Expert certification and witnessing the impact it had on his approach to business, he joined the Wella Signature Artist team in 2021 to share his knowledge with others. As a stylist, Tommy specializes in natural looks with customized color placements, balayage and lived-in color as well as classic and freeform cutting. As a businessperson, he teaches students how to increase productivity, add on services and optimize time management. He currently leads the Cut Craft & Cut Expert Programs in the Los Angeles Studio in addition to facilitating our Color Craft and Wella Color Expert programs.
