With our new hybrid program, you will complete the program with 40% less salon days missed vs our previous Wella Color Expert program, yet receive more content and trainer interaction than ever before
You will begin your journey with Online self-guided learning focusing on client consultation, developing personal habits and best practices for the salon. Phase I will prepare you and maximize your face-to-face education in The Wella Studio. Once in the Studio, you will learn the science of color and haircolor and what goes into creating a tube of haircolor. You will also be participating in hands-on workshops on mannequins as well as live models. After Phase II, you will resume your online self-guided learning through our Wella Education Portal. During Phase III you will focus on the science of hair and ingredient technologies. During this phase you will implement your learnings, submit models for review, receive feedback and take knowledge checks along the way. You will have the support of a Wella Signature Artist during your Virtual Connect session where you will review and prepare for the final phase in Studio. Phase IV will focus on advanced color correction, creative inspiration and completing the final assessments.
Upon completion, you will join the Wella Studio Alumni community, the inner circle of experts! You’ll be invited to our annual Studio Alumni Retreat and get insider access, hear the latest insights, and receive exclusive tips and tricks from the world’s best educators and colorists.
